Vienna bread. Gluten free. Ingredients: water, corn starch, margarine [vegetable fats (palm, coconut), sunflower oil, water, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavourings, colour (carotenes)], sugar, rice flour, tapioca starch, thickener (xanthan gum), yeast, emulsifier (mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), bran rice, salt, preservative (sodium propionate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate).
May contain traces of egg.
Preheat it and enjoy bread that tastes freshly baked:
Griddle: Slice the bread with a serrated knife and warm on the preheated griddle for 3 minutes.
Oven: Bake the bread during 5 minutes at 200ºC, after preheating the oven.
