Vienna bread. Gluten free. Ingredients: water, corn starch, margarine [vegetable fats (palm, coconut), sunflower oil, water, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavourings, colour (carotenes)], sugar, tapioca starch, rice flour, thickener (xanthan gum), yeast, emulsifier (mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), bran rice, salt, preservative (sodium propionate), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), flavouring.
May contain traces of egg.

Griddle: Slice the bread with a serrated knife and warm on the griddle for 3 minutes at medium heat. Fill it with whatever ingredients you fancy.
Oven: Bake the bread durint 5 minutes at 200ºC, after preheating the oven.
Idea: You can also make warm sandwiches, by first filling them with whatever you fancy and then heating them on the griddle.
