Roll with seeds. Gluten free. Ingredients: corn starch, water, margarine [vegetable fats (palm, coconut), sunflower oil, water, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavourings, colour (carotenes)], rice flour, sugar, tapioca starch, yeast, linseed (2,8 %), thickener (xanthan gum), emulsifier (mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), sunflower seeds (1,4%), olive oil (1%), salt, rice bran, stabilizer (sorbitol), poppy seeds (0,5%), preservatives (sodium propionate, potassium sorbate), carob flour, raising agent ( disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate ).
May contain traces of egg.
Just a touch of heat gives bread with seeds back all its sponginess:
Griddle: Slice the bread with a serrated knife and warm on the preheated griddle for 3 minutes.
Oven: Bake the bread durint 5 minutes at 200ºC, after preheating the oven.
