ARUGULA AND PARMESAN PIZZA

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 1 gluten-free Proceli Pizza Base
  • Tomato sauce
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Arugula
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Emmental cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Spread evenly tomato on gluten-free pizza base and redistribute the Emmental cheese. Cut into thin slices the Parmesan cheese. Arrange the arugula and Parmesan randomly.
